WatchChatBot(下称"本 App")把你的隐私放在第一位。本 App 没有自有服务器,不收集、不上传、不追踪你的任何个人数据,也没有任何广告或分析 SDK。

1. 我们收集什么

什么都不收集。本 App 没有后端服务器,无法也不会接收你的数据。所有数据只存在你自己的设备上。

2. 数据存在哪里

• API 密钥:只存于你 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 各自的系统钥匙串(Keychain),不进任何文件、日志或服务器。
• 对话记录与设置:只存于你设备本地。你可随时删除。
• 诊断日志:仅记录事件名与状态码(如"发送""HTTP 403"),不含对话内容、不含密钥,只存本地;仅当你主动使用"反馈问题"时才会随你亲手发送的邮件带出。

3. 数据会发给谁(由你选择的第三方)

本 App 是"自带密钥(BYOK)"工具:它用你自己配置的密钥,把你的提问直接发给你自己选择的 AI 服务商(如通义千问、Anthropic、或任意 OpenAI 兼容服务)。这些请求不经过我们。你的数据如何被这些服务商处理,受其各自隐私政策约束,请自行查阅。

若你开启"自研语音输入",你的录音会上传到你自己填写的转写服务端点用于转成文字,同样不经过我们。

4. 权限

• 麦克风:仅在你开启"自研语音输入"并主动按下录音时使用,用于把语音转成文字发给你配置的转写服务。不开启则不采集音频。

5. 儿童

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童,也不刻意收集其信息(实际上我们不收集任何人的信息)。

WatchChatBot Privacy Policy

WatchChatBot puts your privacy first. The app has no server of its own and does not collect, upload, or track any of your personal data. There are no ads and no analytics SDKs.

1. What we collect

Nothing. The app has no backend and cannot receive your data. Everything stays on your own devices.

2. Where data lives

• API keys: stored only in the Keychain on your iPhone and Apple Watch — never in files, logs, or any server.
• Conversations and settings: stored only on your device; you can delete them anytime.
• Diagnostic logs: record only event names and status codes (never conversation content or keys), stored locally; they only leave your device if you choose to attach them to feedback email that you send yourself.

3. Who data is sent to (third parties you choose)

This is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) app: it uses your own key to send your prompts directly to the AI provider you choose (e.g. Qwen, Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible service). These requests do not pass through us. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

If you enable custom voice input, your audio is uploaded to the transcription endpoint you configure, again not through us.

4. Permissions

• Microphone: used only when you enable custom voice input and actively record, to transcribe speech via the service you configure. If disabled, no audio is captured.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information (in fact we collect no one's information).
